How to Make Fairy Better... Special Love Buff...

i have an idea on how to make fairy stronger... so much that many players will want fairy...

lower prepare time of the Blue Lotus skill on Pearls (the one that does 300% dmg and takes 3 sec to cast)
by 2.5 sec... so its only .5 sec prepare time... and also make it AoE that can hit 5 targets...

tats it... with this alone fairy will become one of the best chars and i'm sure many will play it including me...

can u make so special love buff can be used anywhere and stacks to 99 instead of just 3

ok than keep it single target... sin still would do higher DPS with daggers... so it wouldn't be overpowered...
