In my opinion this server would need to remake some staff.There is no GM online ever. Only persons who take care of people online are GM Flying and MOD Virtus, and sometimes MOD Blunt too. I think you should promote Virtus and Blunt to GM and recruit 1 or 2 new MOD like Zel and Hippo.
I know that other people also work outside for patch, but ingame definatelly best staff members are Flying and Virtus.
Staff members are important to keep the server good and active  .
